I got to the licenses page...but am getting an error * Wrong username or password

You gave me a license# that I copied and pasted...

You gave me my username and pass:
Login by using your personal codes:

Username:
Password:

But they aren't working for requesting the installation package?

Does this mean I won't be able to download the software since it was a 1 day thing? I'm going out of town and may not get a chance to check until I get back Friday.

Getting the same thing as Cher is... wrong user name or password and
I copy/pasted EXACTLY what you guys sent in the email...

Same here

I get the license number cut and paste it and enter my login email and password that was in my meila welcome but it reports a username or password error.

I have submitted a report to trubohelpdesk MRQ-893999 regaring this problem!

Obviously it’s a glitch in the system. I’m sure will have plenty of time to get the software. Hey, look at the bright side… now we can go dive into the manuals and watch videos and see how this works ;-) Chow for Now, CarltonsEnt

Exactly the same for me! I went to the trouble of rebooting and clearing cache and cookies etc., etc....

Looked in here to see how many got the same problem.

Maybe we should tweet about it(?)

I am having the same issues and I will make an observation here but I hope nobody starts tossing rotten tomatoes at me for. LOL This is obviously not an isolated issue for selected individuals but a widely occurring problem. Judging by what I have seen on the forum so far, it seems to be about the only major issue right now. It may not be a good idea to go stuffing their help desk with tickets. This is definitely a major launch and they are going to be keeping a close eye on everything ... including this forum. Watch for an answer to appear here shortly would be my guess.

yes, I am having the same problem. My username and password works for me to login here and I cut and pasted my license # so all the info I have should be correct.

Add me to that list... rather than submitting a support ticket I'm hoping for an email to let us know what to do.

It does seem like a system issue, although I see that at least a couple of people were able to download the program.

Ah... another opportunity to practice patience!

A suggestion, make sure there are
no preceding or trailing spaces in
any of the fields you are filling.

Also make sure the lettercase
(CAPS or lowercase) are correct.

Clearing your browser history and making sure you close all browser windows before trying again should take care of that error.
It worked for me.

I'm sure that by now most of you guys should already have their Delavo installed.

If you're still having username/password is wrong problem, it can be either:
- the server is playing tricks on you
- your user/pass is indeed wrong

Remember that your account is CENTRALIZED by use-sell.com.
That means your user/pass works for all resources offered by John.

Thus the quickest way to check/confirm your user/pass is to go here:
http://use-sell.com/2/auth/remindpasswd.html

One other thing, please DO NOT post your username/pass and license no in public.
You'll compromise your account.

If this is you, edit your post, remove the user/pass/license info.
Then login to your account and change your password in your Profile:
