Can't Login to Admin Panel

I have DELAVO installed for a client - I personally have stayed with Fantasos.

Last Thursday am, I logged into the admin panel and everything was fine. 1 - 2
hours later I needed to log in again and could not. I login in with Roboform and
the admin login page never appeared. Instead, it goes directly to the error page
for the site.

I have no idea what to do with this issue, since nothing was changed. I looked
at the .htaccess file and the last update was 2 days prior.

H-E-L-P!! How do I get this fixed?

This is a technical issue and cannot be resolved on the forum.
Most likely this is something with the server.

I had this same problem with one of my clients several days ago
and it was an issue with Hostgator, not Delavo.

I don't know. My client called them.

But they found the problem within seconds.

What does your error say?

This is what my clients said:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /delavo/auth/login.html on this server.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache mod_fcgid/2.3.5 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at Client'ssite.com Port 80

Donna - thanks, this will help. I have error pages setup on their site so that's all I see. In a week, the host has been unable to do anything to assist. This may do it!!

With that info they resolved the issue immediately and even told me what caused the issue.
