View Full Version : Email system not working in Delavo

I've installed my first product in Delavo & then tested the system as a free download. Every thing worked fine with delivery of the product but an email wasn't sent out to me as a customer &/or an affiliate.

I used the cron setting found in Profile > system settings to set up the cron via cpanel (ensuring no spaces at the end), I haven't set up an autoresponder in the system, all emails in the Delavo system are enabled.

I tried requesting the password via forgotten password. It states that Delavo has sent the password but I don't receive it.

Please advise what else I can try to gain access to emails for customers & affiliates.

As weird as it may sound you should check your spam box and make sure you white list your own domain to make certain you receive all emails from that domain with whatever email client you're using. It's the first thing I would look for.
