Manually Add New Sales

Hi

I just find out that on Delavo 2.0 we can not manually add new sales.
While on delavo 1 we can ...

If we sell using offline or wire transfer, we can add new user to
new membership, but we can not see total sales.

We are using both paypal and wire transfer for payment option ....
