Delavo upgrade or new licence what a dilemma Q :)

I have recently upgraded my fantasos to Delavo v1
with great success everything works ok... happy bunny!

Then I get an email so I can have 2 amazing systems..mm

I thought great never know when you need a spare
license I'm off to get it....which I have done but..
when I login to the turbo cockpit I can't access ether
the members or masters area with my password to gain
access to the manuals/vids etc.

Heres another one when I download my 2nd licence the
system gave me Personal use licence without a licence
number! but with a sales record id of 63399227

I am pretty sure I will have made some mistake but I thought
it best to ask the professionals :)

I don't see in my database where you created a 2nd Delavo license.

When you ordered, you should have entered the domain in the questionnaire.
Then scrolled back down to the same area to get your license number.

So you need to go into use-sell.com/2/syourID Go to account -> My Purchases
then find the Delavo you just ordered. Click on the link to go back to the thank
you page to get your license number. Follow directions to get your installtion kit.

You will get conf email and once you click on that another email telling yu how to
access the documentation.
