I got my personal use licesne. Then, I registered my domain and got my package numger. Then, ws sent to download area and noticed I'd never received a passowrd or username. It says that you can get the at /2/ but that's a wasted effort, just as the helpdesk is. And dont say iut was in the eail as there ws no email to e hadl


so, now what?

Listen... The first thing is : Good job getting the license.
Do you remember the email you used for the that notification list? =Username

If you can't recall setting up a password

Is it possible that there is an email you received "prior" to starting the licensing process?

Sometimes this password will work.

I have a received a number of emails about Delavo, and all of them have the same username and password on them, and that is what I'm using. As a matter of fact, I am able to log into the Delavo area where my master and member accounts are, and I used that to get the License number and again go to the delavo.com/licenses page.

Then I went back to the use-sell.com/licenses page and found the form to fill in with the product "Delavo" version 1.0, my license number, and my username and password. I filled in this form and submitted it. I have tried this 3 times now. Each time, the progress in the bottom left corner of the browser says it is loading info from the jvmanager.com site and this goes on for a few minutes. Then the area of the page where the form was goes blank, shows nothing but white space, the bottom of the browser says "Done" and nothing else happens. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Mike,

You are using the same user name and password for the master and member accounts? I am not able to get in with mine.

I am trying to get the manuals and videos. I am assuming they are in there.

Yes, same username/pw for both. When I log in, there is a button for "mode" and it allows switching between master and member areas. But the manuals aren't there. I found them in the blog.

(Deleted links I should have thought about before adding - Thanks for the warning, Thomas. I'm tired, frustrated, and wasn't thinking...)

The password to download the manuals is different from your logins.

You should have gotten that pw in a separate emial.
