I was able to get my download and install successfully. For the life of me I cannot find where to get the manuals or the videos for using it.
I know we are not suppose to post links here and want to respect this. Can someone please direct me a little.
Thanks,
Thomas Belknap

Well you're almost there :)
Go up a level here on this site to Delavo.com and you'll see on the top menu a Download section.
There you have it

Hi Andre,
I am not sure I understand the one level bit. I don't see anything on Delavo.com besides the installation instructions.
I find it funny about not displaying links here. Maybe we should try morse code. +0+++000 lol

Is it the blog with the workshop posts?
If so, I tried to log into the Members area for the download and nothing happened. It kept bringing up the log in over and over again. I tried my login coded that I used for Delavo.

No welcome email. Maybe it was lost with all the other emails I have been receiving from the list.
Where do I go to get someone to point me to a url?
Edited: I found the url but have no way to login. It just has a password field. ???

I'm glad you'd finally found the correct place :)
Now, for sure I do not have your login details and if you don't have it I wonder HOW you could have managed to get in here????
The password to get access to the manuals and videos is in the same email the brought you in here, you just need to read it carefully.

I have my login details but they don't work for the manuals. Otherwise I would be a happy man right now. ;)

Access to the manuals and videos has a specific password stated in the email clearly, it is NOT your login details. It case sensitive and make sure you don't have any space when you use it. It works for me.

Ahh... the special email that I never received. Without that email it seems you are screwed.
Too bad email isn't a more realiable vehicle for such an important password.

I'm with Thomas.
I've gotten just about every other email from John - Turbo, Use-Sell, Delaverian Marketing, etc., but NO "Welcome New Delavo User" message!
And since someone decided to throw a monkey wrench into the mix by having this ONE site have a unique password, rather than our master login for everything else Delaverian...
...It's no wonder some of us are still left out in the cold.
Anyway, like Thomas I never received the ONE email message that would have likely been my salvation in this matter.
And like him, I'm dead in the water till someone tells me how to access these materials.
I'd love to leave my email address here and ask support to send me the info I need, but clearly that would be foolish.
Bottom line: I need help from support to get access to the tutorials. I paid a heck of a lot for Fantasos (full price) only to be jacked around by this ridiculous upgrade runaround crap.
Meanwhile, there are a bunch of folks who got Delavo for free and are happily rolling along...
I know John believes in taking care of his existing customers, but in this case I feel quite let down.
Let's make it right, huh? Support me...please?
