Can someone please help me I want to get my download finally..

But now I cannot find my license # that was on the page the
day of the launch...

My registered name is Roy Fielding and email xxx
and I think the domain I was using was xxx

If you're here so that means you have received at least one or two emails, titled "Welcome DELAVO user" and/or "your username and password".

In there you have indeed a username and password that provided you access here. You also have instructions that you can go to http://use-sell.com/2/ and login with same username and password.

Go to http://use-sell.com/2/ and login.

On the top menu bar click on MODE make sure you're in MEMBER mode.

Click on ACCOUNT then MY PURCHASES

You should see your DELAVO purchase there. Click on the GO link at the end of the line.
You'll see a new page opening, on the top in says THREE TIMES in row in red PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY...

Read it please you might be surprised ;)
