How to use Trigger settings in Questionnaires?

Can anyone explain what the following Questionnaire fields are for, and how to use them?

Trigger: URL
Trigger: Secret word
Trigger: Method (I think I get this one...)

I guess the biggest question is, what gets done with the "Secret word" field? URL and Method are self-explanatory....
