List Member Did Not Get Delavo

Hi,

I have just chatted to a contct of mine who joined the list to get Delavo and tells me he did not get the e-mail to go register and download.

Is there anything that can be done for him, I did ask him to try the helpdesk but that seems to be unavailable for non-registered users and there is no join link.
