How to retrieve your Delavo License number?

If you're here, that means you have received at least one or two emails,
one titled "Welcome DELAVO user" and/or "your username and password".

In there you have been given a username and password that provided
you access here.

In this same email, you also have instructions that you can go to
http://use-sell.com/2/ and login with same username and password.


To retrieve you license information:

1) Go to http://use-sell.com/2/ and login.

2) On the top menu bar click on MODE, and make sure you're in
MEMBER mode.

3) Click on ACCOUNT then => MY PURCHASES

You should see your DELAVO purchase there. Yes, even if you've had it for Free ;D

4) Click on the GO link at the end of the line.
You'll see a new page opening, on the top it says
THREE TIMES in a row in red - PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY...

Read it please, you might be surprised ;)

Scroll down to the bottom of the page your License Information Is Right There.

I got my first Delavo license for my fantasos 1.18. It was issued under that license number. When I installed it everything went fine. However, I was exhorted to install it on short domain name site.

I didn't have one, so I got one and made it a top level domain. Then I deleted Delavo from the old site and installed it on the new site. I wanted that particular license on the new site because of the plugins that go with it.

Now it won't let me access it and says I can only use it on one site.

What can I do to get my license number cleared from the first site to use it on the second site?

Hi Warren,

The information is here in the forum I think - but here it is again.

Contact the helpdesk and ask them to change the registered domain for your license.

Mention the license number, the old domain it is registered to and the new domain to change it to.

As Brian told you already :) Thanks Brian

You shouldn't be charged for a ONE time only domain name change,
however if your did a domain name change before there's a cost to
do it again.

Here is what I need to do a license change:

1) Your Full Name
2) Your license number
3) Old Domain
4) New Domain

Also, The first change is free but any future changes will be charged $47 per change.

I wish it worked that way!! I got the 1.18 package sent to me when I requested a domain change for DELAVO, the 1.18 package does not show in my purchases for some reason. I did buy the 1.16 package when it was offered, then all of them since then though so maybe the support desk figured that was the easiest way to get them to me. It is causing some problems though as owners of the 1.18 package are supposed to get the new store addin free. I bought it before I read that and so far I haven't gotten my money back.

Upgraded my Delavo recently and remembered that I saw that you get a few free plugins with it. Was advised to not download it until one has your Delavo up and running. Now I cannot find the place to download it again. Can somebody please help me.

I am not sure what you upgraded from or which promotion gave you free plugins, generally the first place I always start is to have a look at the thankyou page from within my Use-Sell Delavo account (Purchases).
