Not able to log in to see Delavo Videos

Hello everyone,

I hope someone can help me with a situation. Everytime I attempt to login to the Delavo.com and hit the enter link so that I can access the site with all the videos and other related material, I am sent to a page that says:


"Invalid input

Invalid parameters were passed to the script. If you think this is an error, please contact the administrator.

Exceed the download limit for a user"

Can someone give me some direction on what is happening and how to correct this so I can access the Delavo site?

I can view the videos on my desktop but not on my laptop. I tried clearing my cache, but it still gives me that error message:

"Invalid input

Invalid parameters were passed to the script. If you think this is an error, please contact the administrator.

Exceed the download limit for a user"

Hi Ryan,

You may need to put a ticket into the help desk they are very helpful and will get it fixed if it is on the Delavo side. If it is on your side, as it works on the desktop but not the laptop, youi may need to look at the specs for your laptop?
