Elusive License Number

Why is there no explanation of "what next" after you register your domain name for the license? And where is the license which has the number you need to download the Install Kit? I've gotten as far as listing my "licensed" domain and there's no where else to go. No incoming license email with your number on it. No redirect to download Install Kit. Are we supposed to devine this stuff?

To anyone here who has their license info, how and where did you obtain it?

Once I requested my license, basically the same page came up but
it said Thank You at the top.

I simply scrolled down and where the form was it is now filled in
with your license number and a link to follow to get your
download.

Hopefully you won't have the problem with wrong user/pass,
but if you do I suggest logging a ticket and they will take care
of you there.

I had that problem and it was taken care of, so I now have
the download.

Thanks, Robert. When I entered the info, the page didn't refresh. However, when I returned to it later, the license number was there. Then, when I entered the info on the following page to generate the license, all I kept getting is a 404 error. It starting to give meaning to the old saying "You can't get there from here." Hopefully, the software is easier than the process to get it.

I kept getting the wrong username/password problem that everyone
else was having. That's when I came here and seen others having
similar problems. I read up here for about 15 minutes and then went
and opened a ticket.

Support has since then responded and I have my software now. So,
not to clog up the support staff as I am sure they are working on a
common fix to the problems, I would still log a ticket. It might be
faster, might not be but at least they know You are having a
problem : )

Somewhere along the way I hit a PAge Not Found error, and I
refreshed the page and it showed back up. Not usually doing that
(refreshing pages) that did bring it up. Just a FYI on this...
