Mass Mail Issue

I went to send a mass email and "thought" i have everything right, but i get this error after trying to send it

I have no clue what to do now, i tried searching the database to see if i could just delete the email i was trying to send, but can not find any tables for the mass emails


Any help would be appreciated, every time i click on mass email i get the above error
