Would someone confirm whether the standard Delavo subscribes to a list using it's internal system using the I.P. address of the user or the I.P. address of the server?

Hi Ward,

It is important as the internal system will pass the same I.P. (server i.p.) to Aweber for every auto signup - they frown upon that.

When you use their signup form (as you are supposed to do) or the Aweber plugin for Delavo, it will pass the user I.P. to Aweber instead which is what they like.

The other alternative would be to put an actual Aweber Subscribe form in the thank you page?

You should have got an e-mail from John with the link to the plugins page "DELAVO Plugins and CLUB DELAVO CARD".

Yes - putting the aweber form on the thank you page is what I have always recommended to my own clients.
