How long after purchase of Plugins to show in products?

Hi all,

I just purchased the F1.18 package. When I clicked the finalize order link at 2CO... I got a use-sell.com error message on the cgi postback.

I did get the order confirmation from 2CO about the purchase, but it appears the after purchase redirect failed.

How long does it take for the purchase to show in the Delavo admin, so I can download the plugins?

Can Anyone poke the help desk along? I submitted a ticket yesterday, then followed up a few hours ago today. Still have no access to the plugins. Also have had NO response other than the automatic response from the help desk.
