Hi, recently processed a refund from a sales made using paypal as the payment processor.
No problems with the sale - it went through fine and delavo records were fine.
Processed a refund on the sale and internally to delavo, it looks perfect - like the refund was processed. But - the refund isn't processed in my paypal account, I had to do it manually.
Any idea what might be causing this?
