have DELAVO running on HostNine? I have been attempting to get DELAVO running there and all the headings, footers and menu's are missing. HostNine requires that DELAVO be installed and run from www.mydomain/cgi-bin so my install is at www.mydomain.com/cgi-bin/1.
ContePass installed and runs fine from the cgi-bin folder.
On another hosting service I could install and run DELAVO from www.mydomain.com/1.
So far Construct Zero hasn't answered my ticket that I sent in yesterday, their response is poor, one ticket I waited for a week and still no resolution.

site.
I've tried reinstalling both DELAVO and ContePass with the same results.
How can the install go wrong when using turbowww as the host and new files from the license manager page? I just don't get it.
Created the db, added a user, downloaded new files, uploaded the new files using FileZilla and binary transfer, ran the install cgi and yet I still get the error in ContePass and the missing icon in DELAVO.

I really can't tell, all I know is that this doesn't happen on my host.
You get a new reply to your ticket, Deen.

You may want to check but I think turbowww is actually a branded
GoDaddy hosting. And Delavo will not install on Go Daddy.

For some reason I was thinking it was not GoDaddy, I used to have a bookmark to what it was but I must have erased it. I think someone posted it in one of the threads here, will go looking for it.

I believe it is Liquid Web in fact Deen. It use to be as GD in the time of JVM but changed when Fantasos came out if I remember correctly.
Indeed, D will not run on GD as mentioned by Donna, and I've never personally tried Liquid Web.

I had a client a few months ago that wanted to install Delavo on turbowww
and it was GoDaddy at that time. But asd I said, it may have changed now.
I have multiple Delavo installs on Liquid Web and had no problems installing at all.
That makes me think that turbowww is not Liquid Web.
Donna
Then you might be absolutely right and it is on GD :)
Good to know. Thanks!

I am just looking at Turbowww and it does look like it has changed.
So I am not sure if iy is GoDaddy or not. But I do not think it is Liquid Web.
Deen, does it have cPanel cause I don't see that listed on sales page?

It doesn't matter to me now as I went with another hosting service to run Delavo on, but will use HostNine to host most of my sites and data.
HostNine uses cPanel, JustHost uses their own panel though
Thanks anyway.
