Too Much Info Its Confusing

If someone on the admin side could put a sticky up with the step by step instructions, like 1. do this 2. do this 3. then do this...

It would totally help. All the emails and instructions pages are just so much information with different logins and whatnot and that is why we're all discombolated. Remember most of us have never done this before so we need better and shorter directions. Thanks!

Robert, that is the exact process that I followed and all went well. I was able to get my license and zip file. At one point, I did get an error message, but I just went back to the previous step (I think I clicked the back button) and started the step over. Other than that, no problems with getting the file.

I did run into an error on the install part, but I'm going to make a separate post for that. I hope everyone will use the link you provided because it works.

Thanks so much yes that does help instruction wise. I also intend to be on the workship tonite. Now... I read that godaddy has issues so I haven't tried to install it yet. My domain has been registered with them for a long time, can't buy another one just yet so I'm really hoping to see someone get this resolved with godaddy so I can learn how to use Delavo. I was way disappointed when I read of other issues but then got the email that encouraged us not to be held back by our own frustrations. So I'm still hangin in for a solution:)
