#Survey tag usable outside of Delavo thank you page?

I'd like to survey website visitors using the Delavo survey plugin. However, it seems from the support video that the only way to get a visitor to the survey is through the Delavo checkout by placing the #survey tag on the the thank you page for a product/package.

Is it not possible to place the Delavo survey on a page that isn't behind the Delavo checkout so that I can just point visitors to the page and begin collecting survey answers?
