I have Delavo installed on my domain. I have a product attached to a package. I have set up an affiliate only role and attached it to an affiliate group. I have attached the affiliate role and the affiliate group to the product in my package.
I have created an affiliate invitation that places the new member in the affiliate only role in the affiliate group. I have tried using the default form and have also edited the form. In either instance, the "State" field is a drop-down box rather than a text-field. However, the "State" drop-down box is not populated with any choices. That means that my potential affiliate cannot provide his/her state in that box. The same is true of the Country drop-down box.
I have editable forms so I can do a work-around if I don't want to use all of the available boxes. I can disable both the State and Country drop-down boxes and ask for that information in other text boxes that I am not using.
If this bug exists in the code, rather than just in my version of Delavo, it should be fixed when someone gets time. The drop-down boxes would be a nice feature if the boxes were populated with the appropriate choices.
