I submitted this question to the support people at Construct Zero, but they referred me back here, so here is my request...
As I use the Short URL Pro for limiting the number of downloads, this is wayyyyyy too cumbersome for the customer. I was testing it out and the customer has to login with their codes... ok, that's a bit much, but works ok... the problem occurs if they are a new customer, it prompts them to change their password. So, I ran that through and once I change the password, it just sits there in Delavo and the download process stops adding yet ANOTHER step for the customer to get to their download... and most likely confusion and additional support calls and questions.
Is there a reasonable way to limit the number of downloads?
