Need Cron help

My crons got erased from my server. I looked thru the manuals to try to find the complete cron but all I could find is the partial in the image. Does anyone know where to find the cron or could some one post it here.

Hi Paul,

Log into your Delavo and go to Profile/System Settings - your CRON is there.

It would not have done any good for me to have put the full path to the
cron in the manual as the cron is different for everyone.
