Can't access manuals

I've been trying to access the manuals at http://delavo.com/news/manuals/
the password I used to access the files (and sent in welcome email) does not work there
but will get into use-sell a/c
there is a link at http://delavo.com/news/manuals/
"Access is available to authorized subscribers and customers only.
If this is your case you can retrieve the password by clicking here."
when I clicked that link .... it required a password mmmmm
it would be good if the user manuals were available in the main account
any ideas????

I might not be correct, but you may need to purchase Delaverian Marketing Course to get access to the manuals right now.

You are incorrect.

Everybody that has a license for Delavo gets access to the manuals.

Danny, I cannot post the pw here but will PM you with it.

And the videos are in the smae place.

Danny, I still might not be correct with my comment above; but...I purchased the DMC tonight and was able to log in at Devavo.com/new (for the first time) and got access to things that I didn't have access to before. But, then again, maybe they have only been added since the last time I tried.

I am not sure what you are now seeing there but I don't see anything
that has been added since DMC launch. All has been there for a while
now.
