Mass Mail Issues

Hi,

when trying out the Mass Mail function with a testuser, i experience the following issues:

1. Clciking on send testmail results in in a new page displaying "internal Server error".
The server log says

malformed header from script. Bad header=admin@mydomain.com... User u: jin.cgi, referer: http://mydomain.com/1/master/users/massmail/job.html?job=4A4DBE5407547700

2. Clicking on send results in a new page displaying the info
username@userdomain.com... User unknown Sent e-mail to username@userdomain.com
Complete.

But there never shows up any mail in the testuser's inbox

Hi Michael,

I have looked over the history of your posts, it sounds to me like the initial installation on your host and/or the upgrade to 1.1 has not worked correctly.

I would recommend working with the turbohelpdesk and you host's helpdesk to resolve these technical problems.

As I personally do not have problems with mass mailing and have not had any other reports of this - I would suggest it is a technical problem that only your host and the turbohelpdesk can deal with.
