Fix for 1and1 404 or 403 errors

1and1 hosting needs an extra line in .htaccess in your Delavo folder. Add this line after RewriteEngine On:

RewriteBase /delavo

If you named your Delavo folder something other than delavo substitute your folder name.

I wonder why the RewriteBase wasn't included in the .htaccess file by default. On some servers it's not really necessary (I'm running fine on HostGator without it), but it definitely doesn't hurt anything and it seems some servers are requiring it.
