I set up a coupon,
Limited one coupon per customer,
If a customer starts the sales process, but does not complete payment for any reason, Delavo logs them as having used the coupon. So, if they return to try the purchase again, Delavo sends them an error message, "You cannot use this coupon more than 1 time(s)"
So, I end up with Service calls that they did not use the coupon and it will not let them use it. I checked the Unpaid listings and sure enough, they did not complete the sale.
The coupon should not log against them unless the sale is complete.
