Membership With Delavo

Hi All

My query is-

Having created a membership within Delavo at a introductory price of lets say $1.00 a month and some members sign up... You then change the price of that membership to lets say $17.00 a month...

Will the $1.00 a month members keep being charged at this price, which is what I want or on their next monthly payment will it raise to the $17.00 a month membership?

I'm using Paypal for payments...

Or, do I have to create a separate product/package...

Any help please..

Hi Wayne,

If you have used subscriptions for Paypal then the subscription agreement will remain at the initial price when it was setup by the customer until cancelled by the customer.

You can either create a new product/package at the new price for new customers - or create only a new product and attach it to the same package and expire the old $1 product so that it is not available any more.
