View Full Version : How to send an email to customer after he clicks the Pay Now button

Hello, I'm wondering how to send an email to the customer after he clicks the pay now button? I'm trying to use the offline payment method, and after he clicks the pay now button, he's taken to the instruction page where I setup in the offline payment setting.

I also want the instruction to be sent to his email address, in case he forgets the instruction and can't get back to the instruction page. Any way I can do this?

If the only payment option is offline, then add an autoresponder to the
Product or use Follow-up Manager.

If there are other payment options, you will need to send an email
manually.

Hi Donna,
Yes the only payment option is offline. I've tried the autoresponder, but the autoresponder sends the email after I approve the sales (after he paid).

I want the email to be sent right after he clicks the Pay Now button, before he makes a payment, as a reminder. Is this possible?
