Password on Delavo Club News

I have a Delavo Club Pass or Membership, or whatever. I enter my contact info and log-in on Delavo/new. But now there is an additional password requested to access the Members or Masters area. Anyone know how to get the password?

you actually get that when you get Delavo originally - it is not new for the card.
