*Username and password protection of the URL
*I.P. Address limiting of the URL
*Maximum Download timits of the URL
*Limit URL use by referrer
*User selection by multiple criteria

Yes Url pro gives the following details

Date (and time), IP, Referer, User

What tracking details are you looking for?

The banner ads plugin for instance will track impressions and clicks.
