I may have suggested this before in the Fantasos Forum.
I would find it very useful to offer customers a retrospective discount on products they have bought (and once the guarantee period has finished) - I know this can be done in a variety of ways but not with the same marketing message.
Having this discount applied automatically on guarantee expiry would be good as well as offering the admin the choice of paying the discount to the customer (partial refund etc.) or leaving on the account as an amount that can be applied to future purchases.
