Much to my surprise there is a charge for the hosted account workshop.

Is this is a new policy?

I have purchased the F1.18 package and thought i'd get the info / documentation how to properly use the plugins along with my purchase.

Like for instance how to setup hosted accounts with the help of the roles plugin -

The ability to do so was a strong argument for me to buy the package ...
but unfortunately the plugins came "naked" - no manuals etc. ...

I really hope the docu / workshop recording will be made available for owners of the F1.18 package, or that the topic "hosted accounts" will be covered in the F1.18 workshops

Hi Michael,

I have to be honest and say that I could not offer to run a 4 hour course on how to setup Hosted accounts for $97.

From my understanding a manual will be made available - although I'm not sure if it will be free or not.

The "How To Set Up Hosted Accounts" manual is complete and has been
sent to John. It also includes a comparison chart and a short report that
you can give to your hosted account customers on "How To Set Up The
Standard Customer And Affiliate Role".

ALL of these are FREE to Delavo license holders. The workshop recording
will NOT be free.

However, you may not share ANY of the Master area manuals, videos or
workshop recordings with your hosted account customers. That is a
violation of copyrights. You can create your own documentation if you are
a Club Delavo member or subscribe to the manuals for a yearly fee. That
subscription is currently being set up and once it is, the hosted account
manual will be released.

I cannot and will not put on any workshops over 1 hour for free. It is
impossible to cover hosted accounts in 1 hour and thus hosted accounts
will never be discussed at a free workshop.

And thank John that I am even doing that free workshop every week because
originally I only committed myself to put on workshops for Delavo core since
these take up so much of my time. John asked me to continue with these
workshops and I agreed but that is always subject to my availability.

There will be 1 paid workshop every month of 4+ hours. There is one free
workshop every week of about 1 hour, at least through July.

The advantage of attending the paid workshop is that it is live, it is hands
on so you will be setting up these hosted account levels on YOUR Delavo
system, and you can ask me questions. At the end of the workshop you
will have set up 7 levels of hosted accounts, set up the products for each
level and attach all 7 products to a single package.

BTW We charged double this amount for the Fantasos workshop on setting
up hosted accounts so $97 is a real bargain.

Ah, ok, i understand.

It's just a bit confusing to have purchased the plugins, but to have no clear information about what kind of documentation / manuals etc. i will receive regarding the functionality of the plugins and when ...

I don't know if any info on this was communicated already ...

I agree this is NOT EXPENSIVE at all and I personally would charge that amount per hour... This information is a POWERFUL potential money maker ;)

Jump on these seats very fast :D

We wanted to make these paid workshops a bargain for everyone so John
and I decided on $97. And that is a great price to get hands on training.

And Andre, $97/hour is my usual rate when I do workshops. :p

And you are rigfht, paying $97 in order to potentially make thousands is
an insanely inexpensive price.

Micharl

I am writhing the manuals as fast as I can, in the order that John has told
me to write them.

BTW The TurboAutoresponder/Aweber Integration manual is also finished and
has been sent to John.

Next up: Statistics, then emails.

Thank you very much Donna, i appreciate your efforts.

I know you do your best.

As i have dealt previously with big software companies in the "real world" (read:"offline") - like for instance SAP, i guess i just have get used to the fact that things in Turbo- and Dealvo-Community / -World are obviously handled slightly different than what i'm used too ...*-)

So please bear with me ...

I know i can be quite a nag sometimes ...*-)
