View Full Version : Automatic Upgrade Not Working?

Hi,

My team installed F1.18, but DELAVO is showing v1.0.

I tried the automatic upgrade, but it requests me to supply

"Update area username" and I inputted my use-sell.com userid and password, which seem not working(?!)

If I need support to look into the matter, should I go to TurboHelpDesk or Delavo.com/ support ticket?

I have submitted several tickets to THD, but none of them got a reply, hence not sure what's going on...

Hi Roy,

When you say your team installed F1.18 - are you talking about the plugin package?

If so your delavo would still show v1.0 until you do the upgrade to the current v1.1

When doing an upgrade you have to use the username and password that you used to register your Delavo with.

The help desk can take up to 72 hours to answer.

Yes, F1.18 - yes, the one off plugin package, was I talking about. How do I retrieve the username and password? It was the same as my use-sell.com account, but apparently I am not getting access.

Where may I retrieve that info?

Hi Roy,

Please contact the help desk and give them the domain name you have registered Delavo with and request a reminder of your registration details.

Go to use-sell.com/2/ and enter the email addy that you used to get
Delavo in the forgotten password section. Your logins will be emailed to
you.

BTW I see that you have 2 Delavo accounts with 2 different email addies
so you will need to try both as I am not sure which domain your v1.18 plugin is associated with.

It's finally fixed. Appreciate your help.

One more thing, I have purchased the testimonial plugin but have not received it yet. It mentioned that it will manually submitted to me in 24 hours, it's almost time, hence would like to follow that up...

Anything with delivery of any plug-ins needs to be sent t the helpdesk.

I got an error message like this

401 Authorization Required

I have read the thread about the problem Roy faced. Some how I also encountered a similar problem.

The ID and password I used are the same as I registered for DELAVO installation.

Any advise?

Again, with any delivery problems, you need to contact the help desk.
