Hosted accounts upgrade

I have set up the hosted accounts following the recommended guide.

Is it possible to have users upgrade their accounts down the road without interrupting their service (I am using paypal).

Yes it is possible - do you mean you just want to give them more for the same price?

If you want to upgrade them to a more expensive account, they will need
to end their subscription with the one account and resubscribe at the
higher price.

This is not due to anything in Delavo but has to do with subscriptions in
Paypal.

So if somebody buys the Platinum package as outlined in the manual and then down the road decides to buy the enterprise pro at the higher price, they would simply cancel their subscription and resubscribe at the higher level - wouldn't that give them a brand new hosted account rather than upgrading their old account?

Yes it willl but that is the only way you can raise the price. No payment
procesor allows you to raise the price of an establishd subscription.

But you can go then give them the additional privileges by adding them to
their original purchase.
