lifetime cookies

Hello,

I would like to offer affiliates lifetime cookies on all products that I sell.

For instance - the affiliate sends a prospect to any of my squeeze pages. Once in the system, the affiliate gets a commission for any product that is sold for life (assuming cookies are not cleared or another affiliate gets the cookie).

Is this possible?

BTW The US Govt defines lifetime for anything business related as 3
years. :)

Can the cookies be set as permanent? meaning, once an affiliate refer a customer to the system, can we allow the affiliates to obtain permanent affilaite income whenever that customer buys any other thing in the future?

Delavo sets a cookie for 10 years. However, th last rfering affilaite is who will get credit.
