1) Regarding selling hosted accounts of Delavo.

From what I currently know we are not allowed to distribute master area tutorial videos to our hosted account customers. And also, we are not allowed to create our own videos or manuals till future notice.

How in the world we should educate our customers on how to use their hosted accounts?


2) Getting back to the issue of <title>Delavo</title>

If we are allowed to use Delavo on our own servers we have to use some other name (domain name) to put it on. We cannot use any names similar to delavo or fantasos due to the copyright issues. It seems dead logical that if we use some other not related name for the system. It should go by that name.

AND WE SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO DO THAT!

So why then the front page of delavo ( login page) intentionally breakes the HTML code???
It has two <title> tags:

<html>
<head>
<title>DELAVO</title>
<title>MY Own Title</title>

Log off your delavo and check for yourself. If it's skinnable and says that it fully customizable we should have just ONE title and we SHOULD BE ABLE to customize it.


It's a great system out of everything that is available but it holds that little bitter taste to it due to these little things that don't seem logical sometimes.

Hi Max,

1. yes - that is correct - however you can pay a license fee for clubdelavo to produce your own materials.

2. I cannot answer this question from a copyright issue - to be honest with you, my opnion differs from yours in that I am quite happy to promote the name Delavo and have my affiliate link embedded in the top and bottom of the login screens as well as others.

In addition to not being able to distribute the Master area videos, you also
cannot distribute the Master area manuals or any of the workshop
recordings. It is a copyright violation if you do and is subject to prosecution.

As Brian said, you can join Club Delavo and produce your own
documentation as long as you adher by the guidelines John has set up.

Or you can subscribe to have the manuals branded with your name, site and
URL for a fee. The ws recordings will also be available sometime in
the future for a fee.

Where can I subscribe to get the materials branded for me?

I want to see which path is more worthwhile: getting them branded or joining the club and making your own.
