Now I've made three mistakes with my name what can I do now.
Firstly in my initial license set-up I put in the wrong domain name,
then created a new name, which will be rejected.

How do I go back to the start and reset my License?

Hi Meagan,

Any and all license change have to be done through the helpdesk (manually).

Make sure you put it exactly how you want it. The first change is
Free. Any others will cost you $47.00 to change it. So, make
sure you tell support what you want it changed to and check
your spelling twice...

All domaiin name changes should be sent ATTN: Donna
That way I will get the ticket and will do the change ASAP.

And PLEASE when submitting a ticket, give me the old domain
as well as the new, your full name and if you know it, your
Delavo license number. This wil make finding your record
much less time consuming.
