I think it will be better if users of delavo can submit a ticket directly from delavo!

I love to have this tools inside delavo. Assign new users as admin or handling a specific dept.

In order to use the help desk, someone needs a paid support subscription
30 days after downloading Delavo.

So from the help desk point of view this is a very bad idea.

Yeah I agreed to have customer support desk like trellis desk (freeware) to be sync with delavo :)

You can link to your own helpdesk or forum through Delavo already.

Just add the URL at merchant settings.

Then it will appear under your Help icon.
