John, Donna, Brian Or anyone,

I purchased Contepass last week but never got delivery. I filed a ticket at the Help Desk and received a reply asking for further info from Ed Green

I tried to reply 6 times by email(to Ed's email and directly thru the Big Red Button) and 5 times thru the Help Desk. When I try to reply by email I get the emails returned as Un-deliverable. When I try to use the Help Desk(when it is not OFFLINE) I get an error message as soon as I press "sUBMIT". So my replies and not getting thru. This has been going on since 8/4/2009.

On top of that, I could not even login here on the Delavo forum. I finally had to login with my wife's account.

Please advise as I am about at the end of my rope trying to contact someone.

The help desk was down for several days.

I do know it is back up again so please try again.

As for your access to this site. PM me with your login details including
your username, password amd email address and I will look to see if you
are in the database.

I used the lost password feature and got my login codes. I will try the Help Desk again.

I tried your suggestion of trying the Help Desk again two days ago, but still NO answer from anyone. It has been 10 days now since my purchase.

What is going on with John? Doesn't he care about his customers any more?
I think I have been MORE than patient on this matter. But, there is NO reason for not delivering purchases(at least within a couple of days).

I guess I will have to take this up with my financial institution and Paypal. It doesn't look like I am going to get ANY help thru Johns' system.
