Delavo Affilaite Group Change

Hi Delavo Team,

I need to find out if this is a bug or not.

When admin creates an affiliate group and then later modifies the title. Shouldn't that new title be reflected within the affiliates area as well.

When I create an Affilaite Group according to Product for example
"Widget a"

When an customer "Widget a" they become assinged to the affiliate group called "Widget a"

Now if down the road the name of the product changes and admin modifies the affiliate group title "Widget a" to say "A Widget"

When the affiliate logs in to thier account they still show "Widget a" as the affiliate group.

Shouldn't this change and read "A Widget" as well according to admins change?

I'm not sure why the affiliates group title doesn't change to what admin renames it to.

No because it is already in the database and may have data such as
affiliates, commissions etc. attached to that particular name. Therefore,
the name can not change.

Hmmm, there must be a reason why the programmer attached actions to the roles and groups name instead of #
