Hi Kathy,

I assume you mean you want to refund someone in your Delavo (TM).

Locate the sale that you need to refund through customers/sales and edit the record - there is a refund button there.

If you're refunding a PayPal payment, just issue the refund through PayPal. The script uses PayPal IPN so it should (unless PayPal is acting up like they occasionally do) get notification of the refund automatically.
