Finally...

After 2 weeks of my time, delavo support admitted that they have a bug in authorize.net plugin where it DOES NOT handle recurring billing correctly.

It will be fixed in the next delavo update.

But why should it take soooo much efforts to get to the truth?

Hi Max,

I have moved this to the bug report forum.

Can you tell the forum what the problem you were having was.

I am experiencing a problem with Authorize.net too.
I'l like to know about your problem, and what the support desk is say the solution is.

My problem is about Internal Subscriptions, Authorize.net, and recurring billing.

I have set a product as a test to a daily recurring billing with and Internal subscription through the Authorize.net payment gateway. The system is showing that it is incrementing the recurring billing, but it is not actually running payments.

I have not tested allowing Authorize.net to handle the recurring billing yet, but that was the next step in the process.

Kevin,

Authorize.net was supposed to be fixed with delavo update 1.3 however in the change log I don't see any mentioning of authorize.net plugin being fixed.

I tried to test it in delavo 1.3 well it's still not clear if it works right.

I submitted a ticket to the helpdesk and still waiting for their reply.

I'll post here when I get some clarifications.

Ok, to setup authorize.net recurring payments correctly in delavo 1.3 you need to checkmark both options in product settings:

- initiate subscription in authorize.net
- initiate subscription internally in delavo

Then supposedly delavo will track recurring charges internally and authorize.net will do them by itself

To test it live I need a week, cuz 7 days that's a minimum billing cycle auth.net allows

Good luck

How did the test go? I've always used subscription via Authorize.net only but when you do that you have to manually unsub people. Was hoping with the Internal subscriptions would take away the manual work.
