Hi,

Does anyone knows how to turn off or delete the Mass mail: interrupted jobs?

This happens when I need to make changes to each mailing. Since Delavo doesn't have any 'Edit Message' button, we will have to press the 'Back' button to edit our message.

However, now then I realize that with the new version, each time we do that, Delavo will save the mailing session and store it under the "Mass mail: interrupted jobs", which I;m seeing each time I go to the Mass Users page.

So does anyone know how to delete this?

There is only one option button: Resmue Mailing..

I've already sent out the finalized one, so this is redundant. Need to delete them off.

Please advise.

Hi Ameer,

Hmm, I have not had any interupted mass mail's so I have not seen this before.

The only thing I can suggest is to edit the interupted mail and de-select all of the users to send it to and select only your own e-mail address then send it - if that makes sense.

Editing is not possible at all. It's either I resume mailing or do nothing.

A trip to turbohelpdesk is needed then - they should be able to do something.

I had a similar problem. I had three interrupted jobs stacked up that I couldn't send because I already sent the email.

I contacted support and Alex said, "Massmail interrupted jobs are available during current browser's session. It means that when browser is closed, then all interrupted jobs are deleted." And yup, mine disappeared.
