I have been trying to download the package but the system is throwing me out everytime with invalid username/password. I am using the absolute same uid/pwd combination for the delavo site anyway [even here]

I am getting the same error too. I use the same uu/pw combination as I used to login on to the site as well as here but still the same error. The site help.use-sell.com is not accessibe also.

Same problem here. I got my license code with no problems but when I try to download it says "Wrong username or password" and I'm using the same username/password that I used to login here and at use-sell.com/2

Same here as well. Followed everything exactly as stated and even used the "forgotten password" option and received all the usernames and passwords via email. None of them work.

Have to say this does not bode well for a product launch on this scale. If the owners can't set up the system correctly then what chance do buyers have !

Glad to see it is not just me. I tried the designated User and Password several times. Nothing changed? Double checked both parts for syntax or spelling errors but did not find any. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

hey all,

i'm also having same problema. got my "DELAVO License Auto-creation Form" CODES okay, but when i fill
out info for the "Request your installation package" it says either my username or password is wrong. the thing is,
my UN/PW works for everything else. (e.g. use-sell account, delavo forum, etc.)

Ditto for me....it is a no go to download the installation package...keep getting error on user name and passoword.

Guys, is it that the password is that OTHER password that is near the bottom of page one of your welcome email (not your account password, but that other password starting with D - trying to be discreet here :-))

Everyone is a step ahead of me with finding the software file. Where on earth is that?

Same here. Tried everything inlcuding the D... password as well as logged in, changed my password and tried again. Nothing works :(

Yep, I see, I thought I'd got past that page where you ask for the installation script, but on going back there I see that passwords are rejected. Must be a little glitch. Hopefully the techies will be out of bed in about 4 hours and sort it out :-)

Okay, at least I know it is not just me. I tried my UN/PW, my UN with secret password and even my UN with the original PW and still getting an error message. At least there are enough people having this issue that it will be addressed. Can't beat it ... especially given the opportunity to beta-test it at this price (THANKS JOHN!) but not going to do me any good if I cannot even download LOL

Hi All,

Hmm, I have downloaded and installed this morning - I used my Fantasos (TM) username and password though - which happens to be the same username and password for my affiliate account at use-sell.

Give that a try guys.

I don't believe that I have a Fantaso un/pw as it was only Delavo that I registered for.

Hi Manoj,

I know it is strange that the un/pw that was sent in the e-mail does not work, it did not work for me either, it may be that you have signed up to John's system at use-sell more than once - if this is the case try other un/pw details.

Hmmm... judging by the posts in this forum, it seems the most pressing concerns are with the user name/password issue. It appears that no one from the company has dropped in to give an answer or to let us know they are aware of it.

Perhaps they will send out an email when this is resolved so we can get on with productive things. I think I'll drop by the http://turbohelpdesk.com/ so I'll be sure to get notified when it's fixed. That way I can go work on other things...

Why cant I download the software. I got my license # and logged into www.use-sell.com/2 but when I try to download it keeps saying wrong username or password. I am using the same info as when I log in to usesell2 so why cant I download the software?

I too am unable to access and download the script, same response with the D password or my own login which is working everywhere else.

"REMEMBER TO USE THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS YOU USED WHEN REGISTERING WITH THE NOTIFICATION LIST, OTHERWISE YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PROCEED."

and

Remember to fill the form at the bottom of the page after entering your e-mail address (if you don't remember you can log into your use-sell/2 account and view your purchases a link there will take you to that page).

It seams that people with a Fantasos account have had no problem as I noticed another couple of postings similar to yours talking about problems with the installation. So it may be that only people like myself without a Fantasos account have the problem.

Still it is a bit disheartening that despite all those messages there has been no reply from the admin people. Anyway I will check again before I go to bed (OZ time here) and if nothing may be tomorrow again.

If admin reads that at least they can say if they are working at it or not. Communication is the most important thing and the frustrating part for everyone is obvious the lack of it at this stage.

Ist day for download after a massive launch. While I also cannot access the download after trying the proper user/pass, and others, I am sure the glitch will be resolved shortly.

Well I have gone back 2 years and my password is the same all the way back and I can't get the download.

Not very good customer service if you ask me since no authority has ventured in here to answer the questions posted here.

Like to know how everyone else got it.

I saw one of the mods online this morning. I am willing to bet they have been aware of it for some time. As to any modifications or solutions, it looks like we have to wait and see for a bit.

Still, for the price, you have to expect bugs when you are beta-testing. Either it is worth it or it is not but in many cases (like this one I think) it will be well worth the minor inconveniences.

I guess there is notthing we can do but wait. I have tried all
combinations. Even my name as username and my affiliate
code. Notthing works !

FYI: I tried to download just after 1 AM and left a ticket.

Let's just be patient ;D

It's International, glad I am not alone. Don't feel disheartend.. I have been trying for a couple of hours and get the same error message... "Wrong username or password". 10,000 signups over a few hours is bound to cause a few hicups. I live in Australia and it's 12:08AM Tuesday here so off to bed. Hope all sorted later in the day.

There have been numerous people who have this problem. I am sure they are
working on a fix for this for All members, but if you want to I would go to
the support site (http://help.use-sell.com/) and log a ticket. They might
be able to help you out faster that way.

Not trying to clog up support, but I have not seen any support team here
on the forums...

Apparently you MUST add a domain name before you can download, even though the instructions say you can do it later (I didn't give a domain name yet - not sure which one to use). Oh well, maybe I'll just pick one and go with it. Thanks!

I got it finally! First the helpdesk sent me an email to login - same info as I always had - then I went to license site and tried like 10 times -finally worked... crikey that took hours........

but it did come through...

Finally accessed, downloaded (including all videos), and installed "slick and easy". Doing all the configs now and hope to have it "up and running" later ... have too much business to get caught up on first :)

Hi everyone,
seems all the bugs are out and I too finally got download ....
but I had an extra problem, I use DAP downloader with IE nde it was corrupting the zip download
and just getting a request.htm template file, basically the template for the page we were on...

So if you are still having trouible an you use any type of downloader program try disabling it...
as well as deleting IE history and temp files...
