View Full Version : Internal Subscription is not working

Last time, I made it work while I am using Fantasos. The internet subscription is deducting money in 2Checkout for my members.

Then, I changed to Delavo without buying the plugin.

So for 2-3 months there is no deduction. I found that out and installed internal subscription plugin.

However, it doesn't seem to activate now. I check the log that Delavo acknowledges the monthly deduction but did not take the money in 2Checkout.

Any help?

Hi Joseph,

If 2CO was not able to deduct money for 2-3 months it is likely they cancelled the agreements - no?

No they didn't cancel. It's impossible that all 20+ of them cannot work right?

Hi Joseph,

I see that you have also asked about this in the TM forum and raised a ticket, I would suggest that you make sure that you have given the helpdesk all details including logins & passwords to your Delavo & Hosting account for them to check this.
