Failed to unpack the installation package. Possibly the ZIP file is corrupt.

Updating to version 1.3...

I entered my username and password and clicked on "Upgrade Now Automatically" and after a couple minutes received this error message:

Failed to unpack the installation package. Possibly the ZIP file is corrupt.

At the top it lists my version as: "DELAVO VERSION"
(is that version 1.0?)

Any suggestions on how to proceed?

Hi,

got the message "Failed to download the installation package - you might have entered wrong username/password. The response status line follows:

401 Authorization Required"

i was able to download the pack under the manual upgrade, what could go wrong?
