How To Set Up An Upsell?

Hi Everyone,

On pg 26 of the manual How To Set Up Products And Packages, there is a mention of a manual 'How To Set Up An Upsell'. Problem is, I can't find this said manual anywhere on this page http://delavo.com/news/download/manuals-videos/master-area/ ?

That page is ONLY for the manuals related to Delavo core. Upsells is not
a core feature but is a feature of the f1.18 plug-in.

Any f1.18 manuals come with that plug-in and are not available with the
core manuals.

However, Mike is correct in saying that manual has not been released as
of yet.

It is written but is in the process of being edited.

Hi Everyone,

Thanks. What this means is that I have to purchase the Upsell plug-in from this page http://use-sell.com/2/1512588ql/order in order to set up an Upsell. Right?

Does this work the same as a one-time offer (OTO)? I'm looking at setting up an upsell after the order for the main product has been completed.


Edit: Just found the OTO plug-in on the page. Should I purchase that or the Upsell plug-in for the scenario I described?

You need either the f1.18 or the Upsells plug-in in order to set up upsells.

Thanks, I have purchased the OTO plug-in as that seems to suit my purpose better.

I noticed that I'm able to add two Products to a Package and that means two products will appear on the order page. Does installing the Upsell plug-in mean there will be an option of setting up two order pages? I'm confused as to the differences between the OTO plug-in and the Upsell plug-in.

Hi Fabian

It is 1 page per Package. If you wanted 2 pages you would need 2 Packages.

The upsell(s) appear on the 2nd order page. PLEASE NOTE: You must
enable bulk payment for Upsells to show up.

The OTO(s) appears on the thank you page.
