No '1-click Package' in the JV product record

I am testing the setup for jv products and I found that the '1-click Package' button which is available in 'Products' records (even if the package has already been created using the same button), is missing from the JV products record. Thus we cannot create a package using the same. Kindly have it inserted asap.

That is not a bug as the person who sets the Package (admin) is different
then the person who sets up the JV Product (JV Partner).

Admin is the one that decides what package the JV Product willbe added
to, not the JV Partner.
