Not sure if this should be a new plugin suggestion or a feature suggestion for existing WordPress integration plugin. I have a project that I had planned on using WPMU + Delavo + WP plugin + Delmem.
Unfortunately, WP plugin does not understand that the Delmem table has a number prefix e.g. wp_3_delmem_user where '3' is the blog ID.
It will be so sweet if we can have WPMU compatible plugin - tons of possibilities with MU and because one MU can manage many, many blogs, less management work for us.
There's also been expression of interest for WPMU compatibility here
